My entire professional career has been shaped by my part-time education: I began a distance learning program at the FernUniversit\u00e4t Hagen early on, in 1995<\/strong>, and graduated in 2000<\/strong> with a degree in economics.<\/p>\n

But that wasn\u2019t all: from 2001 to 2004<\/strong>, I earned my Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences. In 2010<\/strong>, I attended Ashridge Business School in England, where I earned a Master of Executive Coaching and, at the same time, my accreditation as an Ashridge Accredited Coach. I am a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC and a member of the ICF.<\/p>\n

I also support my clients with 360-degree feedback and the evaluation of psychometric testing. I am accredited in the use of Hogan Assessments.<\/p>\n
