Academic World<\/h1>\n

\u201cPut your money where your mouth is, no one can take it away from you there.\u201d<\/b><\/p>\n

I would not be the woman I am today if I had not taken every opportunity to learn. In the academic world, I learned about great freedom of thought and action that I wouldn't want to miss in my life. And this principle has always guided my work in human resources development as well \u2013 I delight in people discovering their limits and pushing them further, when people gain freedom by learning something new.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Since returning to Berlin, I have intensified my contacts with Humboldt University and ESCP Europe<\/a> Campus Berlin. At Humboldt University<\/a>, I work closely with Dr. Regina von Schmeling from the Humboldt Graduate School. The HGS is the central point of contact<\/strong> for all doctoral students and postdocs in the Berlin University Alliance (BUA), the cluster of excellence of the universities in the state of Berlin. Here, I advise postdocs on their way \u201c<\/span>From Academia to Business.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

I work as an academic advisor and lecturer<\/strong> for ESCP Europe Campus Berlin. I conduct individual and team coaching sessions as part of executive education and teach \u201c<\/span>Dynamics and Influence,\u201d<\/strong> primarily for female executives.<\/p>\n

I owe my membership in the Ashridge Hult Adjunct Coach Network, one of the most renowned coaching networks in the world,<\/strong> to my highly esteemed alma mater in England, Ashridge Hult Business School. We share supervision, undergo regular further training, handle large and international coaching assignments, and are involved in all aspects of coaching, whether in research, teaching, or practice.<\/p>\n

Since 2026<\/strong>, I have been part of the Max Planck Society's<\/a> coaching pool. We support the executives of the Max Planck Societies in Germany and abroad with various coaching formats and also offer career counseling for postdocs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Lifelong learning is simply part of life! Here are a few recent examples:

And then there are my advisory board activities:<\/h3>\n

I was a member of the board of trustees at for Humboldt University for five years. I also served on the Stuttgar University<\/a> Council for eight years. And finally, I have been part of the advisory board for the MBA program at HTW Berlin's<\/a> for many years. As an advisor or trustee, I try\u2014together with other business representatives\u2014to form a link between the university and the business world.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
